Easy Vegan Salted Caramel
The easiest, most addictive 3-ingredient vegan salted caramel you’ll ever make.
  1. Over low heat in a small sauce pan, begin to melt vegan butter.
  2. Stir in brown sugar until fully combined.
  3. Increase heat to medium/medium low, stirring continuously.
  4. After 5 to 10 minutes, it will start to foam up. Lower heat slightly and continue to stir to prevent burning.
  5. Once the caramel looks super smooth and shiny, remove from heat and stir in sea salt.
  6. Allow to cool before refrigerating (if you can even refrain from eating it all at once)
